Worcester stART is right around the corner and my mind is racing with what I should display. The first and maybe obvious answer is Italy, my images from Italy are a “fan favorite” and they have sold well in the past and continue to sell through my online gallery. Also within the gallery are other favorites of my travels around Colorado, like Garden of the Gods and Rocky Mountain National Park, and some classic Cape Cod beaches. All these images are examples of things that I see that I need to capture, compositions in my head that I need to share with the world, but what about the other things I see . . .
My business and career as a fine art portrait photographer began with the need to capture ideas in my head of the personalities that surrounded me. One of my most favorite images to this day is one I didn’t direct or plan at all, just something I saw while walking around New York city as a tourist. So many times I have kicked myself for not having my camera, I am so thankful I had it at this moment.
Okay, so I did direct a little, I said “oooh don’t move!” or something like that 🙂
Art is subjective, yes I am well aware of that and so I ask your opinion, what would you like to see, any requests?
So many artists have “played” and created new art from photographs by means of photoshop . . . yes I have as well, how could I resist!? 🙂
And okay I have to share, everyone has played with or at the very least seen the Warhol inspired creations . . .
Back on topic . . . Worcester MA, stART on the street is right around the corner, what would you like to see, what would you like the opportunity to purchase?
Hmmm . . . more ideas around coming to me . . . please comment, opinions welcome! I must put ideas in my head on paper! Enjoy the day!
