I spent some more time with the very best of friends, Kerry and Sadie, who, as I believe I mentioned before, know exactly how long they have been friends . . . down to the hour! Still dazzled by that.
This time it was Sadie’s turn for the spotlight and Kerry of course came along and jumped in a few as well! The start of school must have thrown them off a bit as the session started off very quietly, dare I say I was a little worried at first.
We started the session off with Sadie’s guitar, she played for us and got comfortable in front of the camera and from there they became the girls I had met before.
Now, can you believe that Kerry had never heard Sadie play! Well in a ensemble for a performance once years ago (right?) but never by herself!
So much concentration when she plays, I love it!
Lots of laughs and smiles filled the rest of the session, especially when the Charlie’s Angels poses came out, and then when a santa claus hat came billowing around the corner. Then there was the cat that followed us down the bike path, desperate for attention. Okay, that was more sad than anything, poor kitty!
Many of my seniors have wanted to incorporate their sport into their photos, such as basketball, lacrosse & field hockey. Sadie’s sport is running, which doesn’t provide an obvious prop like a stick or ball.
We made due, this is one of my favorites!!
I promise there were smiling portraits as well!
You’ll just have to wait for the sneak peek to go up on the Facebook page I guess 🙂
And I must say, Good Job Mom!
This of course to Sadie’s mom who picked the beautiful location as well as made Sadie sparkle, quite literally actually! Perfect, Thank You!
Thank you again Sadie & Kerry, you two are such fun to be around & to work with as well!
