Chocolate for breakfast? Sure why not! Day two in Vermont started out with a smooth and creamy raspberry truffle with a dark chocolate bottom and a swirly decor of white chocolate round the top. MMmmmmmm delicious! Thanks to the crew at Lake Champlain Chocolates, it was fun learning more about my weakness and watching the chocolate Easter Bunnies take form in the factory!
Chocolate in hand and in our bellies, we made our way out of Burlington and around the mountains up into Stowe. Such a beautiful area, with so many neat places to stop along the way, if only there was time to stop at them all!
Any HGTV fans out there? You know that dream home that you entered to win everyday, the one thats up north in, yes, Stowe?? We found it! 🙂
Many places to stop along the drive from Stowe to Waterbury. Our choices included, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, with fresh samples of Apple Cider and very yummy samples of Apple Cider Jelly.
More delicious samples at the Cabot Cheese annex store, amazing lunch at the Green Goddess Cafe, a couple eclectic antique stores and of course Ben and Jerry’s!
Our final stop in Vermont on our way home was maybe the greatest for me. I made a great find and now need some newborns to model them for me!!!
Want to know what I found? I’ll take guesses 🙂 so go ahead leave me a comment, put your guess in! While your at it, have you been to VT? Whats your favorite place or thing to do there??
Beautiful Vermont. There was so much inspiration for the both of us. Then there was you who found those perfect….. I don’t think I’m supposed to say. So awesome for newborn photography.
Did you go to the Vermont Teddy Bear Company in Shelburne? If so, my guess is that you found custom made teddy bears there. If that’s not the correct answer, make sure you go there when you come back up to Vermont. You will be enthralled.

Glad you enjoyed Vermont! Did you try the donuts at Cider Mill? OMG. I don’t even have words to tell you how much I love them.
Thanks for coming by to see us at the Annex!
Thank you! Yes those donuts smelled and were amazing! All the cheese samples were great as well, thank you for the opportunity to try new things!
