I’ve seen this happen one to many times and I don’t want to see it happen to anyone else! Let me help you start off 2014 with a clean slate!
It’s your son’s birthday, he’s about to blow out the candles, you have your camera out and ready. He takes a deep breath, you go to take the picture and . . .
. . . nothing.
Your camera card is filled.
Happened to you? Have you scrambled to delete or entirely missed the moment?
Start the year off with a clean slate, in this case a clean card!
Let’s do this together.
Step 1: Get your camera
Step 2: Connect your camera/camera card to your computer
Step 3: Create folder on computer or open up program/photo library
Step 4: Transfer entire card contents into folder / program
Step 5: Safely eject camera/camera card
Step 6: Go to your camera menu / tools (card in camera). Select Format Card.
Step 7: Format card
Step 8: 30 second Happy Dance! Your photos are safe and there is room on your camera!
Next month we’ll talk about organizing all those digital photos!
